Angola Invites Rwanda, Uganda, DR Congo to Security Summit

Angolan President Joao Lourenco has invited Rwandan President Paul Kagame, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and DR Congo President Felix Tshisekedi to discuss regional security issues. The leaders agreed to strengthen cooperation in the area of security with the objective of uprooting all non-state armed groups in the region that continue to threaten state security, writes James Karuhanga for New Times.
